Wow, when did that happen?

It's been another funfilled weekend, with Jean and Mlle Wilson coming down for the weekend for a caloriefest, lots of catching up, and the Sex and the City movie. Great fun and so lovely to see them. But now it's five on Sunday and I have to go get ready for school tomorrow (wow, half-term went quick this time!), so I will leave you with some fun pics from my adventures in Loverpool last weekend - just a great time :-). All these pics are nicked (with permission, of course!) from the lovely and talented K, leader of the awesome Team One (thank you!). Enjoy!

Lou, Phil and I deep in conversation on the steps of Liverpool Cathedral. I love this shot cos non of us seem to be aware of the camera at all.

One of our challenges was to dance in a fountain. The fountain was off...but we still danced :-).

Lou and Steve starting a conga line in Liverpool city centre.

In front of the 'interesting' statue of Queen Victoria, Team 1 sans K who was behind the lens.

Me goofing off at the 'Sincerely Calvin' gig.

Aboard the Duckbus!

Too. Much. Fun.

  1. I love the idea of starting a conga line in the middle of the city or dancing in the fountains!

What great fun! I am truly envious.

  2. Fun pics!

I did not get to see SATC, but I'm scheduled to see it next Friday. I am excited!

  3. Looks like just the right amount of fun to me :-)

  4. June sure was sneaky this year! Looks like you had a fun weekend!

  5. The b&w shot is the best. I love it.

  6. I wish there was a video of the conga line. Ah well, I guess I'll leave it to the imagination!

  7. That looks like so much fun!!!

  8. It does look like a lot of fun. And doesn't time off always fly by?

  9. Looks like a lot of fun, which is what every trip should feature in a large doses if you ask me.

  10. i love how much fun you have :) glad you had a lovely weekend!! xo

  11. bah, my comment never showed up on the previous post! but basically, i'm SO jealous that this join me phenomenon appears to be so heavily UK-based... hardly anyone in the states! so sad :-(

  12. Now that's a cool conga line. You should've picked me up in Miami; I would've danced with you in front of the Queen. ;) Good times indeed!

  13. Haha, awesome pics. Makes me want to visit England real badly :)

  14. Dancing in fountains (even if they are dry) and calorie fests...what fun!!!
Great pics..glad you had such a great weekend.

  15. Looks like you had a great time!!

Thank you for your comment - I do read them all but it may take me a little while (a couple of days) to respond during busy times. I love reading what you have to say!

Have a wonderful day!
