Whoosh!

I think full on would be an understatement.

My feet are barely pausing to touch the ground (and likewise, my fingers barely pausing to graze the keyboard) as life whizzes by at a frightening, thrilling, exhilarating, exhausting pace. But I’m determined to get blogging again….I love the outlet, and I love reading about the lives of others too.

It’s a beautiful sunny winter’s day outside today – what’s it like where you are. Here it’s blue skies and cold, frost and sunshine. It’s beautiful, and I’d love to go for a long walk – alas, marking and rehearsals and just plain busy are going to keep me from that for a while!

Life’s busy good though….work’s frenetic, but that’s usual for this point in the year. The Lent term is the shortest, but we seem to cram just as much in! Keeps us all on our toes though, and there’s certainly never a dull moment. I’m also having a ball socially, my diary full of visits with or by dear friends, drinks and dinners and lunches and coffees, and dates with the boy. If I can just crowbar in some more exercise and naptimes, and sometime to actually tidy my home, I’d be the happiest bunny ever!

I feel ready for spring, for light, for sunshine, for flowers. How about you?

Love,
Cxx

  2. I still haven't given up anything for Lent. I'm evil.

  3. It's very cold and clear here too, on the other side of "the puddle". And yes, ready for spring, that would be me. Good luck with your whirlwind life! I hope you find some time to catch your breath soon.

Thank you for your comment - I do read them all but it may take me a little while (a couple of days) to respond during busy times. I love reading what you have to say!

Have a wonderful day!
