I know a lot of people are still shopping, so I thought I'd do 6 posts to inspire and share some gifts I've seen during my shopping adventures (some of which I've bought and wrapped, too!). I hope you like them!
Disclaimer: I firmly believe that it is the thought that counts when it comes to Christmas gifts and that Christmas should always be a joy, not a financial horror. I save throughout the year to be able to buy gifts for my nearest and dearest, love a good bargain, will make gifts and donate in lieu of gifts from time to time, but the items in this post I share in case you're seeking a little retail inspiration. Enjoy!
Beyond adorable. Send a picture of your pet away and they'll make you a stuffed animal just like them!
I love writing cards and letters and am always looking for new stationery. This is Nessie were exhibitors at Boutique de Noel and I ordered some stationery of my own, and they have a super range! They also do personalised items (ours are cards signed from Matthew, Claire, Poppet, Leela and Fry).
Homemade candy cane vodka - such a cute idea! I'm going to try this once break begins - I think it would be fun to serve at our Christmas shindig!
Andi Bunbury is another artist I met at Boutique de Noel, and her items are beautiful - paintings, personalised art, word art.... These London inspired keyrings are magical and would make such a great stocking stuffer!
I give a *lot* of books as gifts (bookworm for life, yo). I think a biography of someone you admire, or who you and the person you're giving to like, is perfect. Audrey Hepburn would be perfect for so many of my friends!
I love this personalised tote bag. Great colours and looks big enough to carry a lot of stuff, which is always useful. Could be a gym kit bag, a diaper tote, a work bag....
I always get new PJs for Christmas. How sweet are these long johns for little girls? I can think of several wee ones who would love these! I'm just a little miffed they don't come in my size ;)
There's something about dinky cars. I can think of lots of little boys and girls who would enjoy playing with this for hours on end.
Clothes can be a risky purchase (personal taste is a tricky thing!), but PJs, accessories and teeshirts are often a safer bet. I love Threadless, and this 'alpacapella' shirt is a great gift for your resident music lover / alpaca fan.
I love giving gifts that raise a smile.
Such a fun stocking stuffer for someone who feels haunted by their Blackberry!
Another cute set of PJs for a little miss! Love comfy cosy Christmas PJs!

Thank you for your comment - I do read them all but it may take me a little while (a couple of days) to respond during busy times. I love reading what you have to say!
Have a wonderful day!
