I have never tried an egg white omlette, but this one looks pretty yummy - I love a bit of spinach or broccoli!
I'd have to play with this schedule a little (workouts for me happen at 6am or 6pm/7pm, generally!), but I would like to get more intelligent about what I eat and when.
Love this idea of freezing fruit salad so you can pull it out in the morning and have it cool for lunch the next day! I wonder if it works? Definitely on the 'to try soon' list.
The more I work out, the more I crave protein. True story.
Matthew loves stir fries and they are just perfect to whip up quickly on a weekday evening. I'll be trying some on this list for sure (all under 300 calories).
