I Love Your Blog!
Many many moons ago (okay, 2012!) I started a little blog series called 'I Love Your Blog'. Having been reading blogs for years it was a fun way to share some blogs and bloggers I adored, and I really enjoyed doing the series. This autumn I relaunched the series and every so often I'll be sharing a few more writers who inspire me!
Below are six bloggers I adore who I'd love to introduce, and who I hope to interview for this blog over the next couple of months or so. I hope you enjoy these pieces and that you'll check out these fabulous writers.
I have been reading Christy's awesome blog for nearly ten years! In that time we've gone from blog friends, to IRL friends, to great friends - the kind of friendship where one asks the other to bridesmaid for her (Bridal Squad 2014, yay!)! She's witty, funny and clever and has taught me everything I know about baseball. She's also a major muso and goes to countless supercool gigs. A Mariah, of course.
Elizabeth's blog is amazing, full of great photographs, great writing and useful posts. She's a one woman social media whizz, and a very talented organiser and writer. Somehow she also finds time to co-ordinate conferences, offer advice and lead online courses; and her pinterest is truly a thing of beauty!
3. Riot Kitty
For a completely different take and some of the funniest everyday stories ever, Riot Kitty's blog is well worth a visit. She's witty and wise, and utterly unafraid of keeping things real. She's also a genuine sweetheart and such a kind person.
4. Hello the Mushroom
Sara and I have met at several London blog events now, often bonding over our love of the many doggies we spot whilst out and about. She's a seriously cool chick and her fashion posts are awesome - she's got a brilliantly unique style and takes great photos to showcase her wardrobe.
5. Runs For Cookies
I first encountered Katie's blog about 5 years ago, and I just find her so inspiring. She has lost well over 100 pounds through diet and exercise, and writes in a warm and inclusive way. She's such a generous person and a genuinely talented wrier - her posts read like you're catching up with a good friend!
6. Not Dressed As Lamb
Catherine is a clever and astute blogger and I love her take on fashion, beauty, and blogging in your forties. She has a real flair for styling and her wardrobe choices never fail to inspire. Such a cool woman - I love catching up with her blog.
I look forward to sharing interviews with some of these talents in the next few weeks!
