That’s what I’m talking about!

It’s been a week of sleepless nights (on top of feeling worried and blue). The graph above shows last night’s epic sleep, including a wonderful double gap between 01 and 02 because of the extra hour we gained last night! I feel so much better today!

    Glad you feel better…I didn't sleep well last night because I can never sleep well the first night or two in a bed other than my own!
